Last October, Edible East along with The Nest Project delivered a series of workshops surrounding sustainable food at Anglia Square, as part of the Edible East Art & Science Trail on the future of food, which was kindly funded by The People’s Postcode Lottery.

The series of workshops allowed shoppers at Anglia Square to make their own microbes, create a forest food garden under the pavilion and learn about growing their own fruit and veg.
